Warranty Policy for Used, Refurbished Laptops:

All laptops sold by come with a 3-month warranty period on hardware. During this period, we will repair or replace any defective hardware components of the laptop free of charge. This warranty does not cover software issues or external hardware faults, as noted below.

To claim warranty service, the original sticker must be on the laptop. If this sticker is removed or altered in any way, the warranty will be void.

External hardware faults, such as broken screens or cases, are not covered by the warranty. These issues are considered cosmetic and can be repaired for an additional fee.

Any sign of water spillage on the laptop will immediately make the laptop ineligible for warranty claim. This includes water damage to the keyboard, motherboard, or any other internal components. If we detect water damage during the warranty period, we will inform you that the warranty has been voided.

Repairs can take anywhere between 2-10 days, depending on the nature of the issue and availability of parts. We will keep you informed throughout the repair process and will let you know when your laptop is ready for pickup.

In special cases, we may provide a one-on-one replacement for your laptop. This will depend on the availability of replacement laptops at the time of your claim, and we will make every effort to provide a replacement that is of similar or better quality than your original laptop.
